CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Health & Safety professional to administer site safety programs, train the workforce, and ensure compliance with regulations. Reports to the Site Level Project Manager and Regional Director of Operations.

The role includes developing safety programs, conducting audits, training, incident investigations, and coordinating workers' compensation matters to maintain a safe work environment.

Competenze

• 5 years’ experience in a healthcare environment with safety program administration.
• Experience with government contractor environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and regulatory standards.
• Proficient with MS Office and safety reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute site-specific occupational health and safety programs.
• Audit the workplace for hazards and implement corrective actions with subcontractors and site employees.
• Evaluate hazardous conditions and recommend controls and PPE.
• Administer accident prevention plans including weekly safety briefings and monthly audits.
