Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Assist with implementing playbooks and procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Track operational and safety risks; develop strategic risk management strategies.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports; recommend risk prevention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate to improve compliance where needed.
• Communicate findings and deficiencies to responsible managers.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to influence stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
