Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety on our data center job sites. You will implement safety policies, train site teams, conduct audits, and drive incident investigations while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure regulatory and client requirements are met.

The role requires 5+ years in safety within construction or industrial settings, advanced certifications, and the ability to teach and lead safety training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.
• OSHA 500 or 502 Trainer Course in Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry.
• Ability to teach in front of an audience.
• Safety knowledge in Fall Protection, MEWP, Electrical Safety.
• Data Center safety experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and knowledge of safety management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs on the job site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and client safety requirements.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and address safety concerns with stakeholders.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain safety documentation for audits.
