Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated HSE experience.
• One of the following BCSP credentials (STS-C, CHST, OHST, ASP, CSP) or a Bachelor’s degree in HSE-related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the administration of accident prevention efforts across projects.
• Develop and facilitate safety training programs.
• Conduct work area assessments and jobsite inspections.
• Develop, organize, and implement safety programs meeting company standards.
• Coordinate and conduct safety meetings and training for effective communication.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and investigations to ensure compliance.
• Support development of Job Hazard Analyses with Crew Foremen.
• Provide feedback to leadership on safety improvements and recognition.
• Assist with incident investigations and injury/illness case handling.
