Job summary

Prinston Laboratories seeks a Site Head and General Manager for our Charlotte, NC site to own the full P&L and set the strategic direction. You will partner with Finance, Sales, R&D, Portfolio Management, and Regulatory Affairs to drive growth and continuous improvement.

We expect 15+ years of regulated-industry leadership, a track record building large manufacturing operations, and deep cGMP knowledge. This role requires a hands-on, autonomous leader who can align diverse teams to ambitious

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in pharma or other highly regulated industries.
• Proven ability to build and scale large manufacturing organizations.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and experience engaging with regulatory inspectors.
• Solid financial reporting and cost accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the site's P&L and drive sustainable financial performance.
• Lead the cross-functional Site Leadership Team (SLT) across Operations, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Development, Facilities & Maintenance, EHS, Quality, DEA Compliance, and HR.
• Shape and execute the site's operational strategy aligned with market and sales priorities.
• Set and deliver ambitious goals in Safety, Quality, Customer Service, People, and Finance.
• Establish policies and procedures that sustain operational excellence and inspection readiness.
• Launch and scale Operational Excellence programs to lower costs and raise productivity.
• Develop the Site Master Plan and annual budgets and lead capital project execution.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent through performance management and engagement strategies.
