Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Site Transformation Leader in North Carolina to drive delivery of the site transformation strategy established by the Site Leadership Team. You will translate priorities into executable programs, manage the transformation portfolio, and ensure alignment with milestones, benefits and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex pharmaceutical transformation or strategic programs in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate priorities into executable roadmaps and deliver cross-functional programs.
• Experience leading permanent teams and matrixed resources with clear accountability.
• Experience with portfolio governance, stage gates, milestones and benefits tracking.
• Experience coordinating operational readiness across people, process, plant and systems.
• Analytical and strong communication skills for senior leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate SLT priorities into an integrated portfolio roadmap with resources and risks.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of site transformation, NPI, technical transfers and initiatives.
• Establish governance for portfolio projects, prioritization and risk management.
• Provide leadership to the NPI team and cross-functional delivery resources.
• Lead regulatory submissions planning, process validation, tech transfer and readiness.
• Ensure capital projects are integrated into portfolio plans with milestones and risks.
• Drive operational readiness across people, process, plant, materials and systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and benefits realization across the portfolio.
• Deliver objectives through implementation, stabilization and handover to owners.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, collaboration and accountability.
