The role demands a track record of 15+ years in regulated manufacturing, with sterile fill-finish experience, P&L ownership, and strong customer relationships. MBA preferred; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within highly regulated manufacturing (pharma/biotech/CDMO).
• Proven track record leading sterile fill-finish operations and delivering operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial results.
• Experience with P&L responsibility, capital investments, customer satisfaction, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision for the San Diego site.
• Lead the Development & Manufacturing leadership team and align site objectives with enterprise growth.
• Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted strategic partner.
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, regulatory, quality, and continuity risks.
