Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Midlothian, TX is hiring a General Laborer to support daily production operations within the plant. The role involves general manual labor, assisting with multiple production lines, material handling, and ensuring safety and efficiency in an industrial environment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, and follow established safety procedures.

Qualifications

Ability to regularly lift, twist, and stack up to 50 pounds.
Able to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
Must follow safety rules and standard operating procedures.
Willing to rotate between work areas as assigned.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor throughout production areas (Dock, TDF, Grade, Rim lines).
Assist production and granulation processes and support machine operation.
Load and unload materials from trailers, pallets, and production zones.
Move and transport materials to designated locations within the plant.
Stack rims on pallets and prepare products for shipment (wrapping, tagging, labeling).
Maintain housekeeping and clean machines, floors, and work areas.
Monitor for blockages, spills, or unsafe conditions and report to supervision.
Assist maintenance by retrieving tools and providing basic support.
Operate skid steer, forklift, or man lift if trained and required.
Follow PPE use and LOTO and safety procedures.
