The GM owns the site’s P&L, leads a team, recruits and trains staff, manages operations, safety, and guest experience, and collaborates with leadership to grow revenue and membership.

Qualifications

• Create and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Attract, recruit, train, and develop attendants and key roles.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, labor costs and equipment functionality.
• Perform administrative duties including discipline, terminations, and life cycle recruiting.
