The role requires leading a team, safeguarding the brand, and continuously improving operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences and operating within company guardrails.

Qualifications

• Lead with a sales mindset to drive performance and guest experience.
• Oversee routine maintenance, inventory, and scheduling.
