Job summary

ModWash is seeking a General Manager for our Dallas, GA site. The GM acts as the CEO of the site, owning P&L, people, culture and profitability.

You will drive daily decisions, support ModWash standards, and work to safeguard the brand while leading a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will recruit, develop, and coach attendants and leaders, manage preventive maintenance, inventory, scheduling, and labor costs, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and develop leaders.
• Experience hiring, training, and retaining staff at a site level.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own site P&L and drive profitability, labor, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, develop, and retain a winning team and set cultural expectations.
• Make real-time operational decisions and adjust staffing to meet needs.
