Responsibilities

• Own site level P&L results, labor, revenue, expenses, and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and develop attendants, key holders, and site leadership.
• Make real-time operational decisions and drive performance with a sales mindset.
• Be the face of ModWash in the community and protect the brand.
