Responsibilities

• Manage and lead staff including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluations.
• Demonstrate business development capabilities with a focus on new account acquisition.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and apply financial acumen to drive decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards; uphold safety programs.
