Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is hiring a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Virginia location. You will manage hiring, scheduling, training, and performance of Team Members while ensuring safety procedures and driving profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, a minimum 50-hour workweek, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. You will supervise inventory, payroll and compliance, delivering top-notch customer service and a professional shop environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.
• Ability to obtain DOT, TIA, and other certifications.
• Must work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and as needed.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
• Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hiring processes for location staff.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain compliant work environment.
• Administer payroll, performance reviews and training.
• Manage inventory, shop and sales floor for professionalism.
• Maintain budgets and achieve financial targets.
• Schedule weekly hours, minimize overtime to meet budget goals.
• Lead shop trainings and communicate pricing promotions and policy updates.
• Coordinate with corporate on policy updates and reporting.
