ADESA is seeking a General Manager to lead our site, drive auction success, and shape customer and employee experiences. You will align with corporate goals, manage P&L, and mentor the management team to deliver exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with auction and automotive experience OR High School diploma/GED with at least 5 years auction experience and 5 years automotive experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for business growth and meet with customers regularly.
• Act as change champion for the site and ensure adoption of directives from Corporate Office.
• Review Profit & Loss with Regional Director and reconcile accounting data.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Handle customer disputes professionally and escalate as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor site management and staff for today and future needs.
• Maintain safe, compliant site operations and enforce company policies.
