Qualifications

• College education is preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership and management experience in automotive/auction settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer consignment and commercial account teams to maximize profitable sales.
• Provide guidance on products, services, and technology to the sales team.
• Monitor profitability and manage expenses against budgets.
• Develop strategy to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members, ensuring disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure cross-functional communication across departments and with General Manager.
