Job summary

Quantum Computing Inc. seeks a finance professional to provide working level financial support across 2+ sites, based in Bedford, MA or Santa Barbara, CA. You will drive cost management, reporting, and analysis, partnering with operations and development teams and coordinating with executive management.

The role covers cost accounting, BOM/Rate updates, project tracking, revenue recognition, inventory control, and monthly forecasting. Strong Excel and ERP/SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in accounting/finance with leadership responsibility and partnering with operations.
• Experience in cost/management accounting in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP- and data-reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Cost accounting and standard costing; analyze variances and update BOMs and rates.
• Project tracking, revenue recognition support, and cost/price modeling.
• Forecasting, budgeting, cash flow projections, and monthly site reporting.
• Audit/SOX support and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
