Responsibilities

• Provide daily communication with client representatives, contractors, and stakeholders to obtain work permissions.
• Carry out job site inspections, ensure safe conditions and mitigate hazards.
• Manage job cost control and reconcile invoices.
• Interpret orders and report accurately in the customer system.
• Direct emergencies and assist with incident reports and investigations.
• Direct/supervise crews on tasks, production, and safety adherence.
• Administer training and disciplinary actions per policy.
• Participate in regional safety training and follow safety policy guidelines.
