Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions of the job on-site; sets plans based on time allotment and tools; assigns duties.
• Installs products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service during onsite work.
• Ensures final documentation is completed and handed to the proper parties.
• Supervises the crew and provides on-the-job training.
