Job summary

Vogel Bros. Building Co. in Wisconsin is seeking a Foreman to oversee safety, quality, cost, schedule, labor, and materials on our commercial construction projects.

You will work with subcontractors, lead crews, and participate in meetings to ensure high craftsmanship by promoting a safe, collaborative culture. Two years of construction experience and a valid driver’s license are required, along with the ability to read plans and manage field operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma/GED.
• Two (2) years of experience in the construction trade, or any equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety, and reading schedules/plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost management on site.
• Monitor schedule and expedite deliveries as needed.
• Lead daily/weekly meetings and communicate goals to crews.
