Job summary

BCI Construction, Inc. in Sauk Rapids, MN, is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman to lead on-site teams for commercial, medical, and institutional projects.

You will oversee safety, supervise framing and rough carpentry, coordinate with the project team on budget and schedule, and direct subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of quality work. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction management, strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and a proven safety

Qualifications

• 2+ years of building and construction management experience.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic.
• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to lead and supervise on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety first and foremost.
• Primary site leadership on smaller projects (additions, tenant improvements, remodels).
• Collaborate with Project Team to determine budget and timeline; manage schedule.
• Perform framing, drywall, carpentry, doors/hardware installation; demolition and finishes.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, self-performing trades, and vendors to meet schedule.
• Create and distribute four-week look-ahead schedule to engage subcontractors.
• Review plans, specs, and subcontractor agreements to ensure compliance.
• Perform QA/QC to meet project specifications and quality.
• Ensure budget alignment for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Record Daily Progress Reports and photos using project software.
• Attend Project Kick-Off and Close-Out meetings and monthly safety meetings.
