Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7 years of experience in general labor, construction, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple general labor crews to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Plans and coordinates labor, materials, and equipment resources for daily site operations.
• Collaborates with superintendents and project managers to align labor activities with schedules.
• Mentors and develops foremen and crew leads to enhance leadership.
• Oversees process improvements to minimize safety risks and optimize resources.
• Monitors progress, reviews reports, and communicates Operational updates to senior leadership.
• Conducts site inspections to verify quality and adherence to standards.
