Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned General Labor Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple labor crews on site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to DPR quality standards.

You will coordinate labor, materials, and equipment, mentor foremen, and partner with project leadership to integrate activities into schedules while maintaining compliance with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7 years of general labor, construction experience.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required; OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple general labor crews to ensure safe, efficient work in line with project requirements.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment resources to support daily site operations and productivity.
• Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to integrate general labor activities into project schedules.
• Mentor and develop foremen and crew leads to enhance leadership and technical capability.
• Monitor progress, review reports, and communicate operational updates to senior leadership.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality, safety compliance, and DPR standards.
