Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 7 years in general labor or related fields, and 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7 years of experience in general labor, construction, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required; OSHA 30-Hour preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety focus, and ability to coordinate multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple general labor crews, ensuring safety and quality.
• Plans and coordinates labor, materials, and equipment to support daily site operations.
• Collaborates with superintendents and project managers to integrate activities into schedules.
• Mentors and develops foremen and crew leads to improve capabilities.
• Leads process improvements to minimize safety risks and improve efficiency.
• Monitors progress, reviews reports, and communicates updates to leadership.
• Conducts site inspections to verify quality and safety compliance with DPR standards.
