Responsibilities

• Leads general labor activities including site prep, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinates daily work assignments and monitors progress to ensure on-schedule completion and quality.
• Provides on-the-job training and feedback to crew members to promote safety and skill development.
• Inspects work areas for quality and safety compliance and addresses issues promptly.
• Communicates progress, challenges, and resource needs to foremen and project leadership.
• Recommends process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety in general labor operations.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
