Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a skilled Plant Operator to lead daily stabilized sand production and oversee site operations in a safety-driven team environment.

You will supervise plant personnel, monitor schedules, inventory, and equipment performance, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
