Job summary

Lilly Houston is seeking a Manager - HSE Fire and Life Safety Inspector to lead the site's fire protection and life safety program. You will serve as the primary liaison with regulators, insurers, engineering teams, and emergency responders to ensure compliant operations during startup of a new API manufacturing facility.

The role requires hands-on inspection leadership, plan reviews, hazard mitigation, and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in fire inspection, prevention, or protection systems.
• Experience with code compliance, inspections, testing, and maintenance.
• Certifications in Fire Inspector, Fire Plans Examiner, CFPS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fire and life safety inspections and coordinate with regulators.
• Review construction projects for code compliance and life safety adequacy.
• Develop inspection programs, training, and risk reduction initiatives.
• Support emergency preparedness, response, and collaboration with teams.
