Job summary

BioMérieux is seeking a Controller to act as the finance business partner for the Salt Lake City site, including instruments, MEQ, and non-standard manufacturing operations. You will drive forecast and budget processes, analyze monthly reporting, and develop KPIs to track site performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in finance, including audit and operational control, with manufacturing and international experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of experience in Finance, including audit and operational management control.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and international settings is preferred.
• Data analysis experience and SAP proficiency are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive the forecast and budget processes for the site within the Group budget framework.
• Analyze monthly reporting (OPEX, CAPEX and HC) and alert management to drifts or opportunities.
• Develop KPIs to monitor site performance and propose improvements to optimize financial results.
• Approve and challenge investment/purchase requests.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory valuations and perform internal audits and physical inventories.
• Contribute to internal control improvements and risk management.
• Participate in IS projects impacting area of responsibility and support ad hoc studies.
