Job summary

BioMerieux Inc. seeks a Controller to partner with plants and operations at the Salt Lake City site. The role leads forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting, ensuring compliance with corporate rules and delivering actionable insights to improve site performance.

You will develop KPIs, oversee investments, and manage inventory accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance with 5+ years of experience including audits.

Responsibilities

• Drive the forecast and budget processes for the site within the Group budget framework.
• Establish control and analyze monthly reporting (OPEX, CAPEX and HC) to anticipate drift or opportunities and alert site management with corrective actions.
• Develop KPIs to monitor site performance and propose concrete improvements; benchmark with internal or external activities.
• Approve and challenge investments/purchases requests.
• Ensure accurate calculation and analysis of manufacturing standard costs and continuous improvements measures.
• Ensure inventory values are accurate and perform regular financial audits and physical inventory.
