Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Controller to partner with Finance for the SLC site operations, including MEQ and Non-standard manufacturing. You will lead forecasts, budgets, and monthly reporting, driving improvements and ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in finance, audit experience, and strong data analysis. Prior manufacturing and international experience are preferred; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in audit, internal controls and operational management control.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Data analysis experience.
• SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive forecast and budget processes within group framework and deadlines.
• Establish monthly reporting and analyze variances; alert management and propose corrective actions.
• Develop KPIs to monitor site performance and benchmark.
• Approve and challenge investments/purchases requests.
• Ensure calculations of manufacturing standard costs and continuous improvement measures.
• Ensure inventory valuation accuracy and perform audits.
• Develop risk management and internal controls; train teams.
• Contribute to site projects with economic/ad hoc studies.
• Participate in IS project implementations affecting area.
• Reconcile inventory valuation reports and account analyses.
• Share best practices with other US sites.
