Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Site Supervisor/Assistant to oversee Rest Area Attendants and maintain facilities and grounds. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, train workers, and act as on-site lead when the Site Supervisor is away.

You will perform regular inspections, safety checks, minor maintenance, and coordinate with contractors and management. The candidate should have a High School Diploma, knowledge of OSHA standards, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Rest Area Attendants, Lead Attendants, and sub-contractors.
• Assists in training Site Staff and acts as Supervisor when needed.
• Creates and maintains employee work schedules.
• Performs regular inspections for sanitation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinates with management and contractors; ensures safe work environment.
• Promotes teamwork and a culture of safety; leads by example.
