Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Site Facilities Manager to oversee facility and maintenance support for the warehouse or distribution center. This role ensures safe, efficient operations, manages space layout, MHE, and vendor services, and leads a team to meet cost and service targets across the site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics or equivalent experience, 5+ years in facilities management, and 2+ years supervisory experience, with strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years related experience in facilities management and maintenance program management.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, & Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical facilities including layout, racking, MHE, maintenance support, custodial, and vendor services.
• Ensure safe and efficient operations and regulatory compliance at the site.
• Coordinate striping, security monitoring, dock organization, and office layout activities.
• Lead HR activities for security, maintenance, custodial staff and coordinators to meet customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships to maintain high service levels and cost effectiveness.
• Support preventative maintenance across the network and facility transitions.
