Sanofi in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a Head of Environment and Sustainability to lead site environmental programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with engineering to reduce the site's footprint.

You will develop and implement local policies, coach the environment team, manage reporting, and drive continuous improvement across Eco-design, water stewardship, waste, and biodiversity programs, while engaging external experts.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in health, safety, or environment.
• Bachelor’s degree; preferred in Environmental Science or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of environmental sustainability practices.
• Proven ability in matrix management, problem solving, and driving results.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations at site level.
• Lead and mentor the Environment team and manage performance.
• Develop and implement site plans aligned with Sanofi sustainability policies.
• Monitor environmental performance and report data to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce environmental footprint.
