Job summary

TAI is seeking a Site Engineering Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, reliability, validation, and capital projects at a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. You will shape strategy, drive asset performance, and guide continuous improvement across the site while delivering safe, on-time, and compliant results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing capital projects and site modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site's Process Engineering, Validation, Maintenance, and Reliability teams.
• Serve as a member of the site leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and operational performance.
• Establish engineering standards, governance processes, and sustainable systems for long-term site growth.
• Build and maintain a world-class maintenance and reliability program focused on preventive and predictive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and reduced downtime.
• Drive CMMS utilization, maintenance planning, scheduling, contractor management, and work-order execution.
• Lead capital projects from concept to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership to improve manufacturing efficiency, process capability, capacity utilization, and OEE.
