Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. seeks an experienced Facilities Maintenance Lead to provide hands-on leadership for the Facilities Department in a 24x7, mission-critical environment.

You will troubleshoot, coordinate work orders, mentor technicians, and ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks meet quality and safety standards. You will serve as a working lead, prioritize daily work, and escalate risks to supervision while coordinating with operations, engineering, EHS, vendors, and client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities maintenance experience in critical operations environments.
• Experience coordinating work, troubleshooting building or process utility systems, and mentoring technicians.
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree or technical diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote incident-free workplace culture and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders.
• Provide technical guidance to facilities technicians and communicate risks to management.
• Lead troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and inspection of facility systems.
• Mentor technicians on safe work practices and documentation quality.
• Use CMMS to document work orders, track materials and actions.
• Coordinate field support for vendors and support startup, commissioning, and projects.
