Job summary

Kenvue Helsingborg seeks an experienced Site Engineering and Reliability Lead to drive best-in-class engineering and maintenance practices at the Helsingborg site in Sweden. You will lead capital projects, set reliability standards, and partner with regional teams to optimize asset performance.

You will manage a small team, develop a multi-year Site Master Plan, and ensure compliance with quality and health authority requirements while delivering value through continuous improvement and strong

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree of Engineering with functional and people management experience.
• Ability to drive engineering operational excellence with measurable results (quality, cost, cycle time).
• Knowledge across corrective, planned and reliability maintenance.
• Expert in continuous improvement, root cause problem solving and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization through communication, collaboration and influence.
• Strong understanding of asset management and NPI processes.
• Fluent in English (writing, speaking, understanding).

Responsibilities

• Define site engineering and equipment reliability strategy.
• Oversee site engineering project portfolio and asset stewardship with site leadership.
• Commission and qualify new and existing upgraded equipment per C&Q policy.
• Direct CapEx portfolio forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Deliver equipment, capital and automation upgrades with regional/global teams.
• Deploy capital programs in line with health authority requirements and quality standards.
• Develop Site Master Plan (3-5 years) and annual budgets with leadership.
• Manage 5-7 direct reports and their performance and development.
