Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology required.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience in a similar environment.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ProE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations to plan and execute capital projects and manage outages, contractors, and equipment.
• Contribute to facility transformation and technology transfer.
• Maintain process documentation and standard procedures to ensure consistency.
• Implement demand-driven principles to support operational excellence and long-range plans.
• Develop and deploy standard tools, methodologies, and processes to improve manufacturing performance.
• Define layouts, processes, PLC programming, and tooling selection for new equipment.
