Job summary

Northline Constructions Llp is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, consultants, and project management teams; monitor progress, manage resources and ensure work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, consultants, and project management teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and measurement sheets.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of civil works as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate material requirements, manpower, equipment, and other site resources.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Verify measurements of completed works for billing and quantity calculations.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity estimates, material reconciliation, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and quality control activities.
• Monitor concrete, pavement, earthwork, drainage, and other civil construction activities as applicable.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain site documentation and records.
• Report project progress, quality issues, delays, and site requirements to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
