Job summary

Lightship is a clinical trial site organization delivering on-site, hybrid, and virtual trials. The Site Engagement Director will own onboarding, qualification, and ongoing relationships with investigators and sites across a distributed network.

The role requires strong leadership, site-operations expertise, and the ability to work remotely with up to 25% travel. You will partner with Medical, Commercial, and Operations to support study start-up and feasibility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial site operations, investigator qualification, and site readiness.
• Ability to maintain an accurate view of network capability and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and qualification of investigators and sites, delivering a confident onboarding experience.
• Maintain site capability, capacity, and enrollment data for feasibility and planning.
• Foster investigator relationships across the network and coordinate communications.
