Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Site Identification and Relationship Manager to drive site ID strategies, feasibility coordination, and outreach across global sites. You will train resources, oversee Site Activation support, and lead routine client discussions in a fast-paced, remote-capable environment.

You should have 5+ years of transferable experience in healthcare or data-driven feasibility, a background in medicine or related disciplines, and knowledge of GCP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transferable experience in industry, health care, or data-driven feasibility.
• Background in medicine, science, or other relevant discipline across a broad range of therapeutic areas, preferably with substantial international experience in clinical drug development.
• Knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practice.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years experience.
• Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop site identification strategies and feasibility-related activities.
• Manage feasibility questionnaires, CDA coordination, and outreach.
• Coordinate site recommendation activities and training of resources.
• Provide oversight of Site Activation Specialist support resources.
• Lead client discussions and manage escalations.
