Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction activities at client sites in the United States.

This role requires leading a team of contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and schedule targets, and coordinating with project controls, field engineers and commissioning staff to meet project objectives. You will manage safety, quality assurance, and the execution of electrical work packages in a heavy industrial setting, delivering on-time and

Qualifications

Technical degree or diploma in an Engineering or construction related program, or Journeyperson Certification.
10+ years of construction supervisory/management experience in underground mining and surface construction.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and direct construction activities within assigned areas.
Ensure works are executed safely, to quality standards and project objectives.
Lead and mentor the area team, coordinating with subcontractors and client representatives.
Review cost and schedule trends and provide guidance to Project/Construction Managers.
Coordinate with Field Engineering and site planning to meet schedule and quality requirements.
Maintain compliance with HSE policies and project procedures.
Prepare and participate in jobsite coordination meetings and progress reviews.
