Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction efforts at client sites in California.

You will report to the Construction Manager and coordinate with field engineers, quality, and commissioning teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role requires a technical degree or Journeyperson Certification with extensive experience in electrical work packages, safety leadership, and on-site supervision across large-scale mining or industrial

Qualifications

10+ years of construction supervisory/management experience in underground mining or heavy industrial/construction.
Previous experience as Electrical Superintendent or similar role.
Solid knowledge of HSE policies and ensuring compliance on site.
Experience with electrical systems installation, testing, and quality control.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct construction activities within assigned area to meet safety, quality, schedule and budget objectives.
Coordinate with contractors and project controls for progress, reporting and cost control.
Lead area team, provide mentoring, and ensure adherence to project procedures and standards.
Participate in jobsite coordination meetings and review work for quality and compliance.
