Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking a site-based Civil Superintendent to lead day-to-day construction activities on surface projects.

You will coordinate owner’s team and contractors, enforce HSE practices, and ensure work aligns with drawings, schedules and budgets. The role requires a Technical Engineering Diploma or Journeyperson certification, 5+ years of industrial supervisory experience, and strong planning skills with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Technical Engineering Diploma or Journeyperson certification required.
• 5+ years of construction supervisory/management experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish with safety, schedule, drawings, quality and budget in mind.
• Coordinate with site logistics to ensure timely delivery of contractor materials.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce HSE requirements on site.
