Hatch is seeking a General Superintendent for site-based rotation assignments. The role will direct owner’s team superintendents and contractors during surface construction with emphasis on HSE, schedule, and budget adherence.

The candidate will lead field staff, coordinate with project teams, monitor contractor performance, and ensure drawings, CWPs and ITPs are followed on site. Prior industrial construction supervision experience is required.

Qualifications

• Technical Engineering Diploma or Journeyperson Certification is required.
• 8+ years of construction supervisory/management experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficient in planning and coordinating field operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of budgets and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Work proactively with contractors to ensure HSE and Quality policies are followed.
• Report to the project management team through the surface construction manager.
• Provide senior level field presence on site and mentor field staff.
• Manage field staff and ensure effective communication between field and project staff.
• Organize and attend meetings with assigned contractors at site.
• Ensure construction conforms to drawings/specifications and best practices.
• Submit daily progress reports to the Surface Construction Manager.
