Job summary

DuPont PPC in Pleasant Prairie, WI seeks a Quality Leader to drive the site quality program and sustain ISO 9001 and food-safety requirements. You will lead the quality organization across blown-film extrusion and converting operations, ensuring regulatory and customer standards are met.

The role emphasizes leadership, CAPA, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and improve first-pass yield.

Qualifications

7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or related fields; regulated packaging preferred.
2 years of direct people leadership experience.
Experience leading ISO-based quality management systems and audits.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMPs, CAPA, and quality‑engineering methods.
Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, MSA, gauge R&R, SPC, and process capability.

Own, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System and ISO/FSSC compliance.
Establish quality goals, monitor metrics, CAPA effectiveness, and process capability.
Lead internal and external audits; close findings effectively to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to maintain controls for blown-film extrusion and converting.
Drive continuous quality improvement using lean, Six Sigma, 5 Why, A3, 8D, root-cause analysis, and CAPA.
Support new products, supplier quality, traceability, and food-safety readiness.
