Job summary

DuPont PPC is seeking a Quality Leader to oversee blown-film extrusion and converting operations at the Pleasant Prairie site. You will own the Quality Management System, sustain ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 compliance, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead the Quality team, set performance expectations, coach staff, and ensure customer specifications and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, or related technical field preferred.
• ISO 9001 and/or FSSC 22000 knowledge and experience.
• Lean Six Sigma with demonstrable results desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leads, develops, and retains the Quality team with clear performance expectations.
• Owns, maintains, and improves the site Quality Management System.
• Drives continuous quality improvement using lean, Six Sigma, CAPA and root cause analysis.
• Collaborates across functions to support new products, supplier quality, traceability, and food-safety readiness.
