Sterling Industrial LLC. is seeking a Site EHS Coordinator for a large-scale industrial construction project in Evansville, IN.

The role provides on-site EHS leadership, overseeing 10–12 field safety coordinators, and ensuring program implementation across construction operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive industrial construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive a proactive safety culture among a multi-contractor workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Safety Professional in industrial and power plant environments (5+ years).
• Experience in industrial construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926 and 1910 standards.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site safety programs and policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Deliver EHS training programs for employees.
• Lead accident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain EHS documentation and records.
