Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety at the Fort Wayne site. You will lead the Global WHS Program implementation, integrating hands-on safety with strategic initiatives to protect associates and maintain productivity.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and drive audits and improvements. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Operations are essential to shaping our safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation at the site.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data.
• Drive safety compliance, site audits, and incident trend analysis.
• Manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
• Influence safety culture through leadership and partnership with Operations.
• Develop and monitor WHS training programs.
• Ensure alignment with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
