Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead, Site EHS to provide technical leadership and program oversight ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements at the Reno site. The role champions development, implementation, and management of programs to promote a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace.

The incumbent will oversee site-wide EHS initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering and operations on new projects, including permit management and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Science, Engineering, or a related EHS discipline.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (7–10+ preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing safety and environmental programs (air, water, hazardous waste).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Demonstrated success developing and improving EHS programs in operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on EHS training to managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Oversee day-to-day compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support incident investigations and site inspections; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain presence on the production floor to reinforce safe behaviors.
• Partner with engineering and operations on projects to identify EHS risks and permits.
• Manage environmental programs including air, water, and waste monitoring and reporting.
• Support regulatory inspections and liaise with agencies.
• Track EHS performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead internal audits and ongoing management system improvements.
