Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Sr. EHS Specialist in Minnesota to shape world‑class safety, sustainability, and operational excellence on a cutting‑edge manufacturing site.

You will partner with engineers and leadership to create safer workplaces and drive environmental stewardship across projects. The role combines technical expertise, strategic influence, and hands‑on leadership to embed EHS in all operations, with responsibilities spanning audits, training, risk assessments, and incident

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related technical discipline.
2+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or similarly regulated environments.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, hazardous materials management, and environmental regulations.
Strong problem‑solving, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve site EHS programs in line with regs and Entegris standards.
Champion safety culture through training, coaching, and leadership.
Drive environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
